Irish Flute with Key, Cocus Wood, with FREE case

Beautiful traditional Irish flute is made from cocus wood. Key allows the most distal note to be played. The key will raise the three highest notes (lower holes) from a natural note to the sharp (one half-step).Comes apart in 3 sections, has 6 holes, and end plug. The end plug is adjustable and provides further tuning ability. Pitch is A440.

Included is the compact hardshell case in blue leatherette with molded inserts to keep your flute in pristine condition.

Key is low D. Length is 26 inches.

Technique is the same as playing a tin whistle, except that the flute is blown from the side.
